How would you like to receive a surprise parcel in the post every month and build up your grime guard and needleminder collection?

Here are all the details:

  • The cut off date to sign up to be eligible for the upcoming cycle is the 16th of each month. If you sign up after the 16th you will be included in the following months cycle.
  • All subscriptions will be posted in the final week of each month please give sufficient time for it to arrive depending on where in the world we are shipping to.
  • You will be billed on the 18th of every month
  • Everyone will receive the same grime guard design but it will be a surprise as to what the fabric design will be. Every month will feature a fabric not yet listed in the shop so you'll be getting exclusive first access to new designs. The fabric will be listed in our shop the month after the club.
  • Please choose what size you would like to sign up for we have options for the different sized q-snap frames and hoops. 
  • You can sign up to more than one subscription if you would like to get more than one each month or want two different sizes
  • Returns are not accepted unless we give the ok as you are signing up knowing the designs are a surprise
  • If you change address please tell us as soon as possible so we can ensure your item gets posted to your new address. You can email us any detail changes here: plan2stitchsubs@outlook.com or change them yourself on your account page. If we are not informed of your new address before the final week of the month it will be sent to the address we have on your order file and it will be down to you to try and track it down.
  • Unfortunately, refunds are not accepted due to the fact that I will be managing my stock levels to cater for orders and packaging them up in advance, this is also how it allows me to offer this at a discounted price.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time after you receive your first subscription.

Grime Guards and hoops are decorative fabric covers with elastic inside for stretching around your embroidery frames.

This then helps keep your fabric free from fingerprint dirt, catching on things and can also be used to tuck excess fabric inside.

Our covers are available in different sizes to suit the different frames. If we don't stock your size please message us.

The fabrics we use are usually a poly cotton.

Our covers are handmade meaning there may be slight variations in each piece such as pattern placement.
